Yes. You can update some of your personal information in your account. If you need to change information that cannot be edited directly, please contact our support team.

Yes. You can enroll in several lectures at the same time and complete them in any order.

Yes. Most lectures are available online for self-paced learning, so you can study whenever it is convenient for you.

The access period depends on the specific lecture. Information about the learning period is provided on the lecture page before you start. We recommend completing the lecture by the stated date to receive a certificate and, where applicable, CPD points.

Yes, as long as the lecture remains active and available in your account. Continued access depends on the conditions of the specific lecture.

New lectures are regularly published on the platform. We also recommend following platform updates and checking your email if you have agreed to receive informational newsletters.

To receive a certificate, you must:

• register on the website and provide the required information;
• complete all mandatory learning sections;
• successfully pass the final assessment;
• meet any other training requirements listed in the description, if applicable.

After you successfully complete the training, the certificate will be available to download from your account.

This applies only to lectures that have already been certified by the Education Quality Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and are marked accordingly.

After completing the training and passing the assessment, you will receive a certificate. You can add this certificate to your professional portfolio. The number of CPD points available is stated in the lecture description.

No. The platform offers both certified and non-certified lectures. Certified lectures allow you to receive a certificate with CPD points. Information about certification and the number of points is provided in the lecture description.

Non-certified lectures are intended to help you expand your professional knowledge and skills, but they do not include a certificate or CPD points.

Some lectures may also be undergoing re-certification. In such cases, certificates will become available after the registration number has been issued by the Education Quality Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

After you successfully complete the training, your certificate will be available in the ‘My Certificates’ section of your account.

If your certificate was not generated or contains incorrect information, please contact our support team.

If a lecture is accredited in accordance with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine requirements for Continuing Professional Development and is relevant to your specialty, the certificate you receive is valid and can be added to your professional portfolio.

The learning programs are developed by experts and practicing professionals with relevant expertise in the lecture topic. Information about the authors and instructors is provided on the lecture page.

We regularly review and update our learning materials to reflect current clinical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and new scientific evidence.

After completing the training, you can leave feedback using the lecture evaluation form. You can also send your suggestions to info@medic-ally.de.
